It's not a good time to enter at $0.30. My downside target is $0.20

$Ocean Power Technologies (OPTT.US)$ Problem will continue until Q4. My analysis indicates some more pain by the end of Q3. I am now positive, but only after Q3? (if there is some sign of strength). My near-term downside target is $0.20.
