10baggerbamm Dillon Lewis7 : the guy's a moron all right I mean plain and simple anybody that visited Atlantic City in the 1970s and 1980s saw the explosion of casinos anybody with a business background understands that you can slice a pie only into so many pieces meaning there's only so much revenue that can go around and the more casinos that are added the less everyone gets. same to you I was at resorts which was the first casino owned and operated by Merv Griffith on the boardwalk when they opened in the seventies.. and that's set a landslide event everybody was scampering to build on the boardwalk and when the Taj mahal opened it set the standard for casinos worldwide. I remember as a child walking into the bathroom and the floors the ceilings were all granite all marble and everything was gilded covered in Gold leaf the fixtures the door handles the water faucets the toilets everything and I was thinking oh my God I could live in this bathroom it's magnificent.
10baggerbamm 10baggerbamm : part 2. every casino in Atlantic City was built with debt meaning the company's the corporations borrowed money to construct these enormous facilities and Trump back then was smart he said I'm going to go public I'm going to sell stock but meanwhile behind the scene there was debt used to finance the build-out and just like today you see how interest rates affect the movement of Bank stocks and regular stocks in the economy small caps when rates stay higher the stocks go down you follow me the same thing happens with large corporations that borrow money when it comes due you have to restructure the debt and Trump sold debt to lbo investors sharks people that are the most astute investors at structuring debt and they believe that they set up terms and conditions that would benefit them immensely not a single mom and pop bought the bonds and lost money.. so that's what this idiot doesn't understand because he's looking at Wikipedia that's number one number two stocks go up and stocks go down nobody put a gun to your head and told you to buy the stock in the first place you made a choice of your own free will so don't blame Trump because this stock went down he's not touting it he's not pushing it up he's running for president people on this form and other forms and analysts are the ones that are typing away their opinions every day every second that have a vested interest in watching it go up or go down they are the ones moving the stock on a daily basis
