yes but market cap is still reflected in sp in a public company, and vice versa, unless I'm looking at immediate results not until accounted for, uneven distribution, or even spending on infrastructure to account for it?

The funds are not towards infrastructure as i also believe facilities and infrastructure is already created as for the fund for all other use also already fully funded. This likely funds towards raising share price value from my experience and opinion

yeah it's a bit messy...I called liontown in 2020 when I first started looking into it, so I do understand our mining landscape of JVs and M&As. big mining supports, and can also break, small mining all the time so it's always moving and changing down here.

Yeah true even if they make a discovery any of the mining company won't guarantee the change of their share price, share price also depend of the company intention and policies as well. And global demand as whole and index commodities share price also sometimes can influence the movement. But if it related to consumer some mining company will focuse on long term flows

Some private company that has big opportunities in their projects sometimes not decided to be registered in ASX or become a public. But its a good thing as a public company have more big chance to attract more customers such as mining manufacturers producer who rely on minerals globally if company intend to become a big supplier
MooMamaLlama : the 102M sale of the Mesa project would double their market cap.... nice eye
