$JB Hunt Transport Services(JBHT.US)$Revenue has continued to grow over the past 5 years, with an average growth rate of 15.6% in the past two years. Operating profit increased by 4 years in addition to falling 2.8% due to cost increases in 2020. The average growth rate was 16.4%. Net profit soared once in 2017 due to income tax rebates. The average growth rate for the past 4 years since 2018 was 18.6%.

In the first two quarters of 2023, revenue contracted 13.2%, operating profit shrank 20.3%, and net profit shrank 22.3%.

Currently, the price-earnings ratio is 20.4, and the price-earnings ratio has been raised to 22.9. Considering the cyclical nature of the industry, the current valuation is not very attractive.
