based on their data and study, the central government is confident that only 70 billion Yuan would accomplish the work. I take that as a positive. I understood most people were disappointed but most people don't make money on the stock market either . only 20% of investors like me, can make money. some may know I lost over a million USD at $FFIE but I made more money from other stocks. I did learn a big lesson from FFIE and I will never invest into a business I don't understand. $JD.com (JD.US)$ , $Tuniu (TOUR.US)$ and $Luckin Coffee (LKNCY.US)$ are great companies. buy low and sell high!
