Macdonell J : The big rise was due to the latest report on US Dept of Commerce is considering a reduction of tariffs on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells produced in China, and the big drop was due to that traders realize that JKS does not sell the solar cells in bare bone units but vertically integrated solar power products.
