JjTern : JnJ facing few issues.
Starting with what I know in December last year there is the class action lawsuit on their talcum powder product. (mind you this is baby product)
And just yesterday they have put a pause on their heart device.
Few combination, but don't only look at those big bad news, there are also good signs that is coming out from the company like dividend announcement ahead of time, their internal stock buy back.

JjTern Commander93 : 170 Hah, that's a tall order IMHO. I remember one of the bank analyst only estimated it at 160, can scroll through the news section for that.
Unless... Some pandemic happened and JnJ just so happens to have some cure... Then you will be flying beyond 170.
