If you do it properly, even if you don't touch stocks with high volatility or deficit stocks, you can properly decide a loss cut line, use the index as the main focus, and the ratio of individual stocks is about 1/4 of the portfolio, so I know that, but it's probably a roller coaster where you can't stop
