We start to see more downside risk as the reality sits in with regards to the higher for longer US interest rate environment. i also mention why we need to be selective in our choices for S REITs.

DividendKopi OP CounteReborn : Hey there. Personally I am not into the company itself because I am trying to be selective on the SREITs I hold. The higher for longer interest rate environment will probably stress test the whole sector and some cracks may appear, especially those SREITs that are highly geared / having trouble getting good loan rates. Further more I am more focused on dividends. So SREITs is more suitable for me.

DividendKopi OP 稳稳的幸福ღ : I am into KEPPEL DC REIT. Being a data centre reit, it should benefit from the ever growing demand for data. However due to the ongoing late payment issue from its China data centre, there may be some down side sentiment.
