PhotoSynth OP beh-lek-gold : I don’t know his extended schedule. But I do know that he is not “ compelled” to sell along that schedule. He has  choice as to whether he is going to sell his stock at any given time along that schedule,……and for now,…..he’s exercising his right under SEC guidelines to sell X amount at this time and at these prices. For me, the quantities sold, successive amount back to back, day to day,….suggests to me that this is not happening in a vacuum,and that he is in fact “ choosing” to sell now vs. hanging on to everything he has to sell later and higher. This is why we pay attention to this data. There is increasing insider selling across the broader market potentially suggesting an impending market correction is on the minds of an increasing number of insiders.
