when I had my brokerage firm and I sat behind a trading desk we did this for several companies where they wanted to maintain a certain price point so we would go in and buy few shares 50 shares 100 shares whatever it was just to provide a final print that look like the stock traded up during the daytime. I've been a major proponent for this company and it's been a complete disaster for me.. and for the most part it's citadel between Fidelity and Schwab 100% of all their purchases go to citadel and they short the stock so they are in control of the direction of the company right now and I think that's one of the reasons why they are looking at doing an IPO for their Texas operations Kandi America. it will have audited financials they're certainly not going to IPO at a dollar or $2 it'll IPA would probably 5 to 10 dollars a share and whenever they come up with the ratio for every one share of candy you're going to get 2/10 of a share of the new company or for every you know 10 shares you'll get two shares whatever that ratio is I think that will be enough of a catalyst to get this stock to spike because just like a dividend as long as you're a shareholder on record you will get that dividend I think that's what may happen whenever they announce what the spin-off would be to the new company for existing shareholders
