$Kandi Technolgies (KNDI.US)$ the volume coming in is too slow and the market makers they're shorting the purchases on the offer and literally within 5-10 minutes they're picking up the stock on the bid covering their position. it needs to be a continuous flow of purchases coming in and then they'll let the stock run
