$Kandi Technolgies (KNDI.US)$ they're putting out for amendment for a vote to pay the executives more. are you fucking kidding me how about increasing shareholder value before you start drawing more money and paying yourself more because you haven't exactly done anything from a shareholder standpoint.
I sent these shit bags multiple letters telling them what they need to do
they need to contact an investment advisory firm in the United States and pay them to write research on this company that's first and foremost what I told them that they needed to do because you have 2% institutional ownership on this company and zero research zero guidance.
second I told them that they needed to attend Road shows not only for product but within the investment industry because they exist where companies go and they talk about who they are in front of a group of analysts in front of a group of investment brokers so that a public awareness level is developed first hand and these are done all over the country they do them in Vegas they do them in Texas they do them all over the place and they need to a lot of portion of their budget for this so that people can see firsthand and talk to individuals that represent the company that know it financially inside and out know the direction where they are going it can answer questions.
but this company's run by Chinese and they don't want to listen to a round American who has a fucking clue what they need to do

MonkeyGee : Another good example is GRAB. checked every box as a great company twice, and the stock still doesn't move. Asian companies don't understand its 90% show and 10% work.
