$Kandi Technolgies (KNDI.US)$ two quarters in a row this company squeaked out a penny a share profit this quarter it cannot be another penny it has to be like a nickel to a dime per share profit. if they post a penny a share profit that means they're fucking with their financials to put it in plain English.. they're manipulating their accounting to show a small profit there's a word for it aside from using the word fraud, it's called honey pot accounting where you take a little bit from one quarter you move it to the next quarter to show whatever numbers you want to show. so I will be dumping all of my stock if they pull this penny a share profit again. the company will not respond to phone calls that I've made to multiple emails that I've sent. personally at this point I don't believe they should be publicly traded on an American exchange I think they should stay traded on a Chinese stock market exchange because their communication with American investors is non-existent. I believe I've said it multiple times that if this company were to have a net inflow of 2 million shares with the buys in a day it would be $10 it would spike and I still believe that. but this company has proven to be what is called a value trap. they have more cash in the bank than the total value of the company traded on the stock exchange in the United States. If This were to be a us-based company it would have been bought out light years ago. because it's a Chinese company nobody wants to touch it with a 10-ft pole. so that's about it I just wanted to put this out there because I let people know about this company a long time ago or earlier this year I believe that it was going to run there was a bit of enthusiasm it went from low $2 to 2.90 and the smart people sold it took their profit I was looking for more and now I've got a tax loss on my hand. everything hinges on what their net income is if it's another penny a share I know they're full of shit I know they're manipulating their accounting to produce these results and I will be exiting post-haste.
