$Advanced Micro Devices(AMD.US$ i cant imagine when the wholesemi sector retraces, how much more downside this tick will go.

digimonX : Ya, difficult to tell. It does seem like there is concerted effort to create negative news flow & bring the price down. We had the donut at Morgan Stanley "downgrading" the stock without reducing price target, which was questionable.
Just today, there is a news circulating that there is data breach at AMD. Among stolen data are source codes, future product roadmap, customer & employee data. None of these seem sensitive enough to affect sales, which is what investors are focusing on. Pple keep complaining AMD is not as good as nVidia. I wonder why hackers would choose to attack a "not-so-good company" & get "second grade" product info rather than the "best in the industry".
This whole series of events is fishy.
