Keep supplements in moderation...
I didn't feel well until a while ago. I can't get excited during the holidays. I feel dull, dazed, and my shoulders are tight. I thought I was feeling tired, so I was taking double the amount of supplements such as multivitamins that I usually take.
My wife and daughter saw this, and they complained that [excessive doses of vitamins are also not good for your health]. I thought there was a point in that, so I spent the past few days without taking supplements.
Things have been going great for the past few days. My head is clear, I can't concentrate, and my shoulders aren't tense. As my wife and daughter said, I think their physical condition worsened due to excessive intake of supplements. I think there is a possibility that the physical condition worsened from excessive intake of supplements by neglecting nutritional intake from meals.
Let's compare this remorse to investment and asset formation.
Leveraged products, products that specialize in risk hedging, and products with high growth potential but sharp price movements, these financial products are not and must not be used as the main source of investment or asset formation. It's probably something you should own as an aid or supplement.
After all, the main thing you should put on is the cash you use in your own country. Index investments in stocks and bonds that balance performance and future potential. If these are meals, it is easy to understand if you think of cash as a staple food, stocks as meat or fish, and bonds as vegetables.
As with investments, asset formation, meals, and nutritional intake, I want to be careful about excessive intake of financial products that are supplements. What will they set as the main unit, and what percentage will they own? What percent of what do supplements hold? I want to be fully aware.
It was an event where I experienced the usefulness of the core satellite strategy.
