Keppel Infrastructure Trust (KIT) will be launching a private placement of between 456.6 million and 469.5 million new units to raise gross proceeds of at least $200 million. The units will be issued to eligible institutional and other investors at an issue price range of between 42.6 cents and 43.8 cents per placement unit.
