$KepPacOakReitUSD (CMOU.SG)$ decided to put in some funds into the office REITs and ride the interest rate cut which should help to control the increase in gearing and to reduce it couple with valuation gain as interest rates get further cut next year which should help to move the share price off crisis level and resumption of distribution. will look into adding more positions when funds and opportunity arise. hope it is time for the office REITs to come back. good luck!
