AnaiAnai 铁人红_红姨 OP : Probably many were burnt before dare not to chase scare QR not that good as many expecting it earlier. Wait and see the QR first then decide. The UK with riot news and YTLP have big exposure there probably also affecting the investors mood to have more positions now. Consumers unable pay the water bills and YTLP still oblige to supply the water under the UK law. Probably will have to write off some bad debt from the UK side.  

AnaiAnai : UK water businesses are under overhaul and need  huge Capex in the next 5 years. YTLP will have to spend more in the future but with the UK law protecting the consumers cannot cut off the water to the unpaid consumers. This is a very big problem for YTLP even with water tariff increase look like it can be profitable but need to write off some bad debt due to unpaid bill from the unaffordable poor consumers. Ended up not being profitable and doing charity works only.
