Last 5.8% promotion no return coupon
$Fullerton SGD Cash Fund (18000222.FD)$ I subscribed to the above promotion on 22 Dec 2023 for 30 days. Up till now, I haven’t received the coupon. I have called the Moomoo enquiry line 4 times in the last 2-3 weeks and each time they say it’s in progress and to wait a few days. Has anyone received the coupon so far?

Dadacai : Even though you subscribed on 22 Dec, all your deposits and withdrawals from 14 Nov 9.30pm are counted. If from 14 Nov 2130h to 30 days from 22 Dec, you did not have net deposit of at least 10K, you will not get the coupon. If that’s not the case, just follow up again.

Meanbeans : I just received mine. called them one time and they mentioned their backend staff back from cny holidays on 19feb and will receive this week.
Be patient, u will receive it if u are eligible.
