Last trading day of the year

We have reached the last trading year of the year. It has been an eventful year, and the market didn’t seem to care about the various events that took place except for inflation and Fed’s interest rate.

Market had rallied hard for almost the entire year. Despite being overbought. an overextended market can remain overextended. All they need to do is to have 1 or 2 big red days, or multiple small red days, to cool off the indicators, before going higher.

This has been the case recently. And I wouldn’t be surprised if it continues like this till early January.
