• Over the lunch break, Maybank released its 2Q earnings, which increased by 8.2% to RM2.53b from a year ago. This morning, shares of Maybank climbed to RM11.00, nearing its all time high of RM11.08, before settling lower to trade at RM10.90 at the time of writing, 1.7% higher from yesterday’s close.
