Lawsuit hysteria…
$CrowdStrike(CRWD.US$ these types of lawsuits are handled out court, settled and then we hear the outcome in a few years. it is just another scare tactic to undervalue the stock.

Ken Griffin Charity : No one other than clueless retail takes the lawsuits seriously. Delta is only blowing hot air. The real threat to the valuation is contract renewals and customer acquisition
102156718 Ken Griffin Charity : I am very surprised with their client list. Not easy to replace with another vendor. It may take 2-3 earnings to get the renewal/new subscribers back. Definitely not for short term play.
Ken Griffin Charity 102156718 : I’ve spoken to my contacts across multiple organisations. None of Crowdstrike’s largest clients have any interest in switching to other vendors. This outage was caused by a bug, not intentional malfeasance. The forensics already concluded this. The time it takes to roll off crowdstrike followed by implementing a new solution would probably take a year, especially for a company of Amazon’s size. There is virtually no gain for a disruption of such a magnitude.
The threat to contract renewals will probably only come from SMEs or heavily customer oriented organisations that have to appease their tech illiterate customers.
