Left side trader ๐๐๐ Although I do both
I am more inclined to be a left side trader. Being a left side trader means you are both an investor and a trader. You see the long term potential of the company.
Take an example Amazon. $Amazon(AMZN.US$. Amazon is part of the Mag 7 and it is going to disrupt the way we shop in the future.
When I heard no news except for Macro news about Amazon tanking, it is most likely profit taking. ![]()
Understanding from the fundamentals, It's time to seize the opportunity. ![]()

Bought in at the lowest value of 174 and take the opportunity.

The moment there is news about reversal. It's time to let go, Sell at 186!
Well this is just one trade that I could show from experience and with clarity. If you get better in trades. You could start scalping and swing trade in one day! just like how I did with *drumrolls* ๐ฅ๐ฅ
Loads of stories at that company that creates voilatility. Both good and bad hence the opportunity! ![]()
