Been watching the price movement and I believed the same shareholder has been selling for days. Usually after lunch time.
Based on TTM, current dividend yield is 8.55% based on $0.55 per share. If you assume normal risk premium to be 6.30%, then this is super attractive and oversold considering that there is only 1 more rate hike on the table by the Fed. Even if you price in a 20% reduction the risk premium is still above 6.30%. Lendlease has 88% of its revenue from Singapore and our country seems to be doing well so far. Tourist numbers been increasing every month from Jan 2023 to July 2023. Hopeful that the price will bounce back to $0.58 region after the 20 Sept 2023 Fed meeting.

ooo interesting, how do you infer that it is the same shareholder !
to be honest the only problem with this REIT is the capital management, but I believe that with the rate hike being over soon, the debt situation with this REIT should also improve? I think it has no refinancing needs till FY2025 too, so am puzzled as to why there is so much selling (some selling is expected due to the DPU drop, but not this much !)
am just gonna hold and wait for a convincing rebound before I average down
