_komodo_ OP : I checked with bank: in summary the company changed the ex-dividend day after merging stock. This is not good. Check your account if you guys sold after march 18. I'm waiting for more details from bank. They are investigating this.

hard-working Camel_4 : moomoo is very funny, they admitted their display error on the ex dividend date. Then say "the advisory information doesn't serve as investments advice, we are unable to compensate for the economic losses you mentioned"
