Liberated Gazan prisoners turn down Prime Minister Netanyahu's “PR” talks
Margarit Moses, a 77-year-old Israeli who was freed from captivity in Gaza in November, received an invitation from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for a meeting today, but declined, saying this was nothing more than propaganda activity.
“We appreciate the invitation, but we will not be attending meetings for photo shoots or public relations activities while our friends suffer in the Hamas tunnel in Gaza,” she said in an official statement.
“In view of reports that another [hostage cease-fire] agreement for the release of abducted victims has been thwarted by you, I see no reason to prove by action that hostage release is not a top priority and attend meetings with people who will drive them to death,” she added.
Moses was kidnapped from Nil Oz Kibbutz along with her former husband Gadi Moshe Moses during an attack on southern Israel led by Hamas on 10/7. Ghadi is still being held captive in Gaza.
