$LION-PHILLIP S-REIT (CLR.SG)$ is this index calculated wrongly? Today it seems SG reits should averaged to zero but why such huge drop today?

102760057 : the large reits all saw drop though, ascendas, cict, maple log. those smaller reits did better.
this is market cap weighted etf hence larger reit will have bigger impact. also sometimes the price will be slightly above or below NAV depending on whether there is strong buying or selling interest.
