Long time believer of MMAT says no more

$Meta Materials (MMAT.US)$ The new class C shares is the companies way to get what they want without the investors' vote. I honestly can't believe that they would go to such lengths to get back into compliance even after the reverse split was voted on in December and was rejected. I sold all my shares not long after the news came out the other day. I hope everyone looks at this, and a big lawsuit comes out, and MMAT finally gets theirs, and the investors get just a little back from all the losses.
