Although my earnings year to date are profit, my account is still in loss.
I was running around excited like a kid seeing candy, and I wanted all the candy. When I first started trading, I wanted a little bit of all stocks, and as a result, I fell and lost money ever since.

Fortunately, year-to-date earnings are green.
I've made a few perfect deals, $Apple(AAPL.US)$ (zero cost), $Amazon(AMZN.US)$ (200% + return).
Dividend income is one of my strategies to increase my income, and they continue to provide me with additional income.
I have also increased my fund investments, and the returns so far have been very good.

I prefer the real estate industry and precious metals sector.
Real estate-
I think interest rate cuts will have a huge impact on the real estate industry. However, some real estate-related stocks all provide good dividend income, so you can enjoy dividend income while laying out related industries ahead of time and waiting for stocks to increase in value.
Precious Metals-
Future interest rate cuts will cause the dollar to fall, and a fall in the dollar will cause gold to rise. I currently prefer to trade funds in the precious metals industry.
