Trytosaveabit OP Jaguar8 : Yeah I forget exactly how long ago? A few months? But they have to make public notice minimum of 5 days before to Nasdaq! And public disclosure no later than 2 days before. And has to be done in a major market news publication like market watch, stock titan!
