Looking for when to buy Mercari stock

It's a very good stock with a service that takes care of disposing of discarded goods at home, but since the decline hasn't stopped, I'm considering where to enter. Dividends, American business withdrawal, or halo investments are likely to double the stock price, but US stocks are so attractive that I'm worried about whether to turn my investment funds around.
