$Lumen Technologies (LUMN.US)$The company hasn't started layoffs even though the situation is getting worse. They only see an increasing number of executives. Other companies would lay off employees as soon as they find a trend that is not favorable during a period of good profitability. Lumen's performance keeps shrinking and yet they keep adding more executives. They also haven't laid off employees in the shrinking departments. The CEO is really doing a great job, isn't he?
