$LumiraDx (LMDXF.US)$ I do not believe our shares will be harmed in this deal. Bear case is Roche is going to screw Lumiradx investors. That is far from the truth. Seems likely Tobias/Paul/or Neil will step in as CEO hand picked by Roche. Furthermore there is no indication that Roche will take the Razor in this deal. Katalyst diagnostics uses the Lumira platform. So yes while Roche will technically own the company I believe Lumiradx will remain it's own entity like ACIU and others. Roche will get the FDA under the Lumiradx umbrella, Roche will integrate everything into Cobas & Navify and any orders of the kits & Lumira Razor will go directly to Lumira. It's so obvious that this is the plan and hedgefunds are running this into the dirt. Pre-febuary 1st vs post February 1st shares won't matter at this price! Also im not sure they are done liquidating for DNE/Brazil merger either.
