$LumiraDx (LMDXF.US)$ If AI is saying that we are now part of Roche $ROCHE HOLDING AG (RHHBY.US)$ then what's holding them back from treating us like we are part of them? RonZ avoiding capital gains taxes? Creditor payments? This is on a specific timeframe? Regulatory nonsense? Price still being negotiated between Roche & Lumiradx Insiders....I feel like if only 1.5B was being negotiated here we'd already have a payout. 1 year from liquidation process starting would be February 1st, the deal was signed by Roche December 29th '23. So what date will show our true value? Anybody want to guess?
