$LumiraDx (LMDXF.US)$ If CMA does not phase 1 approve the $ROCHE HOLDING AG (RHHBY.US)$ deal (ends by July 19th) phase 2 begins, phase 2 consists of a 24 week (6 month) mandatory investigation with possible 2 months on top. I'm really hoping the CMA pulls a phase 1 but phase 2 is very likely so coin flip. Ask $Spark Therapeutics (ONCE.US)$ how all those delays felt 🥱🥱🥱 regardless Lumiradx & Roche gotta throw us a bone soon to address this liquidation & status of the deal soon.
