BadPaint : There’s a few options that are can be the route for this endeavor, but being left empty handed isn’t one of them. This is all smoke and mirrors right now. I called them myself and was greeted with confidence from the Massachusetts office. Everything is undisclosed at this time. But we’re good, my thought is Cayman court is in their final decisions.

BadPaint 72713902 : Give me a minute, I have not been active to research, but worst case scenario is a .21% market value to outstanding shares/ best case is 1:1 Roche transfer, but a lot of other options. We don’t know ‘who’ the third parties were involved, and it’s all stated but we are at the end of the list. Once I have some time, I will find the writing to the .21% remaining outstanding.
