Ryand83 : lol relax bud we're all getting worked up over this. bad paint & myself are no dummies. Roche must honor ALL filings including transfer of shares. Fact of the matter is Lumiradx didn't need the UPC to continue operations. There is unrealized value in Lumiradx as well. I'm looking at this as a bigger picture. We're not worthless, our value just isn't recognized yet.
