Mag 7 dropped big, Baidu din follow
$Baidu(BIDU.US$ likely Mag7 have risen so much in the past two months. will Baidu be a 10x or less / more stock nobody knows. looking at its market - mainly in China now..
it has to move faster to integrate n show that it is a new stream of revenue. Any co. on starting line burns lots of money to start a new stream of income. at least Baidu is re-investing its current advertising revenue to the new business segment, not taking money from the market. Robotaxi is one alternative, tour bus within designated zone may be a better n easier alternative as it is now overcoming challenges in busy city traffic.
in china, I think with its gov support, overcoming human sabotage to block Apollo shouldn't be an issue.
