The documentary film “God Bless Bitcoin” is a passion project that began over 2 years ago when Brian and Kelly Estes realized that people around the world were struggling with rising living costs. Today, homes are out of reach, groceries are sky-high, and people are exhausted because they can't work long enough to keep up.
They believe our fiat money is broken, but nobody really understands why. Brian and Kelly's motivation for making the film was a two-part series.
First, they wanted to explain how the global financial system works and show how it pays inflation and discriminates against the middle class and those living in poverty. They interviewed experts in politics, finance, and economics to shed light on the current system.
They also wanted to show that Bitcoin is a more ethical form of money open to all, regardless of socioeconomic status, race, or gender. They interviewed Bitcoin experts and religious leaders and explained that Bitcoin is a new kind of money that allows everyone to use God-given gifts for work, support themselves and their families, and create value for others.
Kelly dedicated the last 15 years of her life to teaching in the very community that became interested in Bitcoin when she saw that our current money can be left out and everyone can be given the freedom to create savings for themselves and future generations. Brian spent the last 10 years of his life studying Bitcoin and educating people about its merits as a moral form of money. Bryan strongly believes we are in a spiritual war due to the current lack of transparency regarding fiat money. This film is one of the weapons that can help fight that war. Godbreath Bitcoin is a way for Brian and Kelly to connect their passions, and ideally inspire conversation and think about new money that provides hope.
They believe this documentary will get billions of views. In order for as many people as possible to watch it, they dubbed the film in 7 languages and added subtitles in over 15 languages. They are also taking a unique approach of open source making films by releasing them for free. On July 25th, people around the world will be able to watch and download movies.
