The highest ruler of Malaysia accepted an official invitation to visit China by the highest leader of china, the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, Xi Jinping.
The Sudan Ibrahim delegation includes representatives from the YTL Group. According to TheEdge financial website reported in March of this year, YTL Group is one of the three consortia that bid for and qualify for the construction of the new high-speed rail project in Malaysia.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement on the 18th of this month, pointing out that the visit of Sudan's newly appointed head of state, Ibrahim, in January this year symbolizes the enhancement of the relationship between the two countries. Minister of Transport Lu Zhaofu is also one of the representatives of this visit to China.
