It looks good, but behind these beautiful words, there are sinister intentions. These big companies are promoting political correctness, favoring ethnic minorities (mostly black) and transgender cohorts, and not appointing people based on merit. If you are white or an Asian male (especially Chinese), then key positions, especially technical positions, are simply not available to you. This also explains why these companies frequently encounter life-threatening accidents. Just imagine, as long as you belong to a minority group such as black or transgender, you don't need any technical or academic background to be given important responsibilities. So, it's a foregone conclusion that something will go wrong with these companies.
