Living Stone : Moogle Labs is a Canadian AI ML development company based in Mississauga... but that is an actual AI company rather than a business utilizing AI... from a google search I can find Canadian government reports on the number and/or percentages of Canadian businesses by industry utilizing AI technology but not the actual names of the companies.
In these reports, Natural Language Processing (NLP) appears to be the most common AI usage and a further google search revealed that most if not all major Canadian Banks such as CIBC, TD, BMO, Scotia Bank and RBC utilize NLP to provide chat bots and insights into customer spending as well as sentiment analysis of social media platforms.
