dydxequalszero : Hi, do not worry so much. Mapletree REITs have a good track record with regard to dividends. If you believe in the fundamentals of the company, you can consider averaging down. I also bought at around 2.24 and have managed to average down to 2.19. I may consider averaging down even further.

golgolak : I got in back in 2022 when was still at 2.6n lol. My avg price is at 2.3n and still trying to avg down. You’re still good. It will bounce back. Until then just enjoy the dividends.
Also my mistake then was buying big lots monthly. Shifted to smaller lots weekly. Will see how it goes.
