MINT of course. I own both MINT and MLT. MINT don't have exposure to china property, unlike MLT. MINT loan cost is higher because almost 90% of its loan is in USD and SGD so it will benefit more from rate cut. MLT loan cost is already low at 2.7% because more than 40% loans are low interest JPY and RMB denominated loan.

logistics maybe a laggards. need to be patient for a turnaround. I'll prefer mpact though if u compare logistics and mpact. as long as you get in at a good price then it's fine

1M65 : mint. dc are valuable and further huge upside of course. of course as long as their tenant pays up then it's fine (unlike keppel REIT).
