103138869 : I'm averaged down from 1.53 to 1.43. but it's now 50% of my portfolio..... this reit is killing me. but fundamentals wise, it's still good. have to be brave to tahan and see the super huge paper losses for now. I will still average down but in smaller amounts.

Roystonz : stop dca le, diverst into reits with Datacentre. don't put most eggs into logistics since you have 50%. Datacentre will have more prospect due to AI.
