R and R : Not much. Reit has to borrow all the time. MLT does have 197m loan to repay this FY so I guess that's the purpose of this bond. They do have 900+m of credit facilities and they didnt make use of that this time. Maybe the credit facilities interest is higher. Bond usually has lower interest rate than bank loan.
