Given the high interest rate environment, even good REITs will suffer… any one buying now must have an investment mindset and should be for yield and must be at price that make sense for you to hold assuming interest rates stay high for longer. Does the underlying cash flow makes sense?

103138869 : lol. you lot are the ones who can't manage your emotions. can't stand people saying anything contrary to what you want to hear. fact is this reit's performance is one of the shittiest out of all the large cap sreits in past 6 months. that is a fact. its also a fact that its down to as low as near covid period but not at the all time low at the covid selloff. so you go figure if it will drop somemore. I'm heavily vested and down 12% on 80k shares. so when I say it's shit, I'm being factual. but I also believe that this reit has some ok fundamentals, especially if it keeps divesting rubbish logistic properties in China and keeps it's gearing under 38%. problem is its not easy to divest those.
