I really don't see how it would go to 12..what they're doing with their debt offering that's convertible into common while it is slightly dilutive if Bitcoin goes back up which obviously the only reason why you're buying Bitcoin or a mining Company is you believe Bitcoin is going to be trading significantly higher in the future. so what Mara is doing is exactly what microstrategy did. they're adding Bitcoin to the balance sheet as an asset. the other problem with mining companies and I informed everybody of this under right and clean spark and Mara. is unless you have a doubling in price when you have the having your revenues are going to suffer significantly. and we've seen this with clean spark what has happened with them they've kind of fallen off the face of the Earth and reported significant losses because their ability to double production when the having took place was impossible as it is for everybody else that's in the mining business.. so what Mara is doing is betting their future of the company on the price of Bitcoin. it's kind of the old expression putting your money where your mouth is..
