The Dow Jones rose 0.08%, the S&P 500 fell 0.88%, and the Nasdaq dropped 1.95%.

The yield on the 10-year U.S. Treasury fell 7.59 basis points to 4.2082%. The 2-year U.S. Treasury yield dropped 10.70 basis points to 4.5109%.

WTI August crude oil futures rose $0.52, or over 0.63%, to $82.62 per barrel. Brent September crude oil futures increased by $0.32, or more than 0.37%, to $85.40 per barrel. Spot gold rose 1.86% to $2415.48 per ounce. London copper fell about 1.2%, and London tin dropped about 1%.
